Here I go again....

Might be the greatest self motivating song on the planet... but I digress. This week has been a kick in the ass- literally since Eli (smart, cute, funny trainer I have magically been matched with at my gym), has me doing step intervals on a 2 and a 1/2 foot step- nice.

My life has been a journey of losing and gaining, losing and gaining. Then 2 years ago I took things into my hands and said- enough. Its time to lose for good. After the very hard decision to have weight loss surgery I am happier and healthier and much more aware of everything that was keeping me from losing.

So to start off I will introduce you all (whoever you are) to me! Hi! My name is Kelly. I have decided to start this blog in order to keep track as well as my moments at the gym that are all too good not share with everyone (again- not sure who but oh well).

So here we are 27 pounds in 27 days! That is when i turn 27! My birthday will consist of me my close friends and who knows maybe even my trainer if he can get me there and if he wants to hang out with me (fingers-crossed ;) )

My plan is work out twice a day - once a day when I have Eli :) and to take one day totally off. Workout regimes are still begin built by Eli :) - can we tell I love him already?
